How to choose a wholesale wig vendor
If you buy wigs for resale, the vendor you choose decides whether your reorder matches your first order. These are the checks we think matter most, and the questions worth asking before you commit.
What to check before you commit
One hair standard across the range
Ask whether the hair type is the same at every length you plan to stock. A mixed standard is what turns a reorder into a different product.
A colour system that survives a reorder
Colour codes only help if they mean the same thing next time. Ask how your colour record is kept between orders.
Specifications in writing before a price
Hair type, lace size, length, colour code and construction should be confirmed in writing before the quotation. What is agreed in writing is what you can hold a vendor to.
Questions worth asking on your first inquiry
- Which hair type is it, and is it the same at every length?
- How is my colour code recorded for the next order?
- What is the minimum per model, and how long after dispatch?
On every model we confirm hair type, lace size, length, colour code and construction in writing before we quote. Our minimum is 3 pieces per model, we answer inquiries within 12 hours, and delivery to the US takes 10–12 business days after dispatch.
