Wig wholesale pricing tiers and minimum order quantities
Wholesale wig pricing is a set of tiers, not a single number. What you pay depends on the length above all, then the construction, and on how many pieces per model you commit to. Our published reference range runs from the shortest length at the low end to the longest at the high end; here is what moves the price between those points.
What actually drives the price
Length is the largest single multiplier, because the supply of long hair is far smaller than the demand for it. Construction is second: a hand-tied cap takes more hours than a machine-back one. Diameter and the written specification sit underneath both, since two quotes for the same length can describe two different products.
How our tiers work
Every model page publishes a reference price range: the shortest length in that construction at the lower end and the longest at the higher end. The price rises with length along that table, so a 22-inch piece is quoted above a 14-inch one in the same line. The range is a reference, and the firm figure is confirmed on your quotation.
Sample minimum versus wholesale minimum
A single piece can be ordered as a sample, quoted at the lowest listed price for that model, with the freight at your cost. Wholesale then starts at 3 pieces per model. The two minimums do different jobs: the sample tests a specification, and the wholesale minimum is what the tier pricing is quoted against.
What changes the price after the quote
Custom colour or curl adds production time and is priced with the quotation. Packaging moves the number too: bulk pack is the baseline, while a retail box or your own printed box and logo is a change to specify before production, not after.
How to read a quotation
Read it as a list, not a number: construction, length, colour code, weight and packaging, then the quantity per model and the price against it. If any of those rows is missing, the price is not yet comparable to another supplier - or to ours on a repeat.
Questions we are asked
Why is a longer wig so much more expensive?
Because the supply of long hair is far smaller than the demand for it. Length is the largest single multiplier in the price, so the jump from the shortest to the longest length is steeper than any other row.
Is there a discount for a larger order?
Pricing is quoted by quantity on the quotation, so the way to the best price is to confirm the specification and the quantity per model first. The published range is a reference rather than the firm figure.
What is the smallest paid order?
A single piece as a sample, at the lowest listed price for that model, with the freight at your cost. Wholesale orders start at 3 pieces per model.
