Medical grade wigs
"Medical grade" is a buying term, not a certification. Here is what it means when you specify one, what our medical line actually is, and what we do not claim.
What buyers mean by "medical grade"
In wholesale conversation the term describes a wig intended for someone with hair loss rather than a fashion purchase. In practice it points to three things: a full-coverage cap instead of a lace-front install, a front that sits soft enough to wear uncovered, and hair that behaves predictably when it is coloured and restyled. It is not a regulated standard, and we do not describe ours as certified — a claim we cannot document is worse than no claim.
The two medical constructions
Hand-tied gives the softer, more natural front and costs more. Machine-back is the more economical way to the same end use. Both are built on a cap that covers through to the nape.

Hair and colour
Medical caps are made in the same straight European virgin hair as the lace line, in the same nine colour codes, so a salon working with both keeps one colour system. Virgin means the hair has not been chemically treated, which is what makes the colour predictable on a repeat order rather than a near match.
Ordering a medical line
Minimum 3 pieces per model. Send the construction, length, colour code and packaging; we confirm the specification in writing before quoting. We answer within 12 hours, production runs about 2 weeks, and delivery to the US takes 10 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Questions buyers ask
Is the hair different from the lace line?
No. Same hair standard and same colour codes — the difference between the lines is the cap construction, not the hair.
Which construction should I stock?
Hand-tied if your customers ask for a natural front hairline; machine-back if price is the deciding factor. Both cover through to the nape.
Do you supply individual customers?
We supply businesses only — salons, wig shops and distributors.
Can medical and lace ship together?
Yes. Shared colour codes mean a mixed order arrives consistent instead of two shades that were never going to match.
