1. Product Information

• Material Disclaimer: All our wigs are made from Premium Matte High-Temperature Silk. This material is designed to mimic the natural look of human hair without the plastic shine. However, please note that synthetic hair has different maintenance requirements than human hair.
• Color Variation: Due to different monitor settings and lighting environments (such as studio light vs. natural sunlight), the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
• Style & Length: Our standard length is 24 inches (unless specified as 12 inches). Please allow a 1-2 inch margin of error due to manual measurement and the curvature of different styles (e.g., curls vs. straight)

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Method: We primarily use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) air freight services. This means we handle the export, import customs clearance, and pay the taxes for you—delivering directly to your door.
• Delivery Timeline: Due to the complexity of international customs clearance and the varying efficiency of local postal services:
  • Estimated Delivery: Typically 7–15 business days.
  • Special Note: In certain regions or during peak seasons, delivery may exceed 15-20 business days. We cannot guarantee a unified arrival date for all countries.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the package is dispatched. Please allow 48-72 hours for the logistics information to update

3. Return & Refund Policy

• The “Lace Rule” (Strict): For hygiene and resale reasons, wigs with the lace already cut, trimmed, or altered in any way are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Please inspect the wig thoroughly before cutting the lace.
• Conditions for Returns:
  1. The wig must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, no odors, and the lace must be intact).
  2. All original packaging and tags must be included.
• Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photos or videos of the product and the shipping label.
• Return Shipping Fee: Unless the return is due to a quality defect confirmed by our factory, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs

4. Maintenance & Wear

• Tangle & Shedding: Like all synthetic hair, slight tangling and minimal shedding are normal, especially during the first few wears. This is not a quality defect.
• Heat Styling: Our matte high-temperature silk can withstand heat up to 180°C. However, we recommend testing a small strand first and avoiding prolonged heat exposure to maintain the fiber’s longevity
